The sailing schooner Marie Galante offers a great variety of sailing trips including day trips, weekends, longer cruises, races, maritime events and sail training.

Everyone, regardless of age, can benefit from the experience of a sailing trip on this fine traditional sailing ship. You can get involved with the actual sailing of the ship or simply relax and enjoy the unique atmosphere of life aboard a beautiful classic schooner. Previous sailing experience is not required as the crew will be happy to share their considerable sailing experience with guests interested in seamanship.

You will experience a new world whilst out sailing on the open sea. The constant changing of the sky and sea, a beautiful sunset that you will never forget and the excitement of working together as a team alongside the crew.

During the sailing season, April to October, Marie Galante sails on the Baltic Sea and is based in Kiel. From here she makes trips to other German ports such as Rostock, Travemunde and Flensburg as well as longer trips to Denmark, Sweden, Poland and as far as Lithuania.
